NSCs and Recognition Functions
The hippocampal neurogenesis decreases with aging, which is believed to be associated with declines in recognitive functions. Our research interest is on the mechanisms of neural stem cell exhaustion during aging.
TIA and Recognition Dysfunction
Hippocampal dependent cognitive dysfunction occurs after TIA. In order to find appropriate treatment strategies, we want to explore what is the mechanism of brain injury after TIA?
Engram cell and Memory Precision
Hippocampal dentate engram cells play an important role in memory rerieval, but their downstream connectivity are still unclear. Thus we focus on "how do engram cells and neural circuits in hippocampal CA3 regulate memory precision"?
Adolescent Stress and Recognition
Adolescent stress can lead to a range of changes in adulthood,we want to know, after social isolation in adolescent,"how much you see I'm like before?" and the mechanisms about it.
